Terms & Conditions

• Appointments once booked are non-refundable, they can only be rescheduled.

• To reschedule an appointment, send an email at chillsaintly@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance. Include your name, booking email, appointment date and time.

• If you do not attend your appointment or arrive more than 10 minutes late, the session will be treated as used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
